Abstract

In this study it is presented results of a research which investigates national and world historiography on special education and integrated; the sequencing establishment and development of human society's attitude towards people with disabilities; determining the prospects of democratization and integration of special education in the national and European educational concept; type of higher education opportunities inclusive; access to higher education by persons with disabilities; formation of new directions of research on accessibility of disabled students in universities.
