Abstract

Practicing volleyball in school lays the bases for the formation of the future performance player, enriching him, step by step, with knowledge and skills for game modelling. The thesis is devoted to learning the game of volleyball in the conditions of general school. After the specialist’s opinion one of the objectives of the physical training is the effective implementation of the curriculum, which aims to achieve the training process by applying specific means of the volleyball game, selected in order to improve physical and technical preparation of students in gymnasium. Implementation of complex physical and technical training specific exercises will help to acquire up service directly necessary technique for organizing the offensive volleyball players. The teachers appreciate the period of school age to practice volleyball game and believe that one side of sports training is geared to the specific physical improvement of the teaching-learning of techniques, in this case the beginners of volleyball players. The survey researched on the issue and indicates the facts that the technical preparation of the pupils can be achieved taking into account the judicious specific means of planning the technique properties of the volleyball game. So, the specific physical preparation properties is regarded as the foundation of technical and tactical actions by administering specific means of learning and improving technical elements in general and in particular directly above service.
