This article is the result of a research through which is investigated the way is perceived the access to higher education of people with disabilities. At the first stage the work counts conceptual approaches of the adaptation process of young people for the academic environment terms. Then there are shown some input notions on the subject researched so that later to be presented the research approach, the results obtained and complex adaptive model of disabled students and academic requirements tasks; guidelines on mandatory components of this process: the availability of physical space, availability of
study programs; availability of psychosocial services for all parties involved in the inclusive type activity of organization.
