Abstract

The resizing of the objectives and priorities of higher education of physical culture and sport from our country requires the building opportunity of the model based on quality, performance and excellence, implying the reevaluation and reconsideration necessity of the quality concept at the institutional level. The quality of higher education of physical culture and sport designates its compliance (as: process, system and result) of numerous necessities, objectives and norms. The performance quality in the profile higher education can be provided only in the conditions of applying a suitable quality concept. Thereby, the innovation especially consists in maximizing the organization opportunities, but a future organization is the one that differs from the one that currently exists.
