dc.description.abstract The purpose of this paper is to present some methodological guidelines on teaching and evaluation of the learning units included in the class of physical education at 7th grade. We believe that the effective use of the design methodology of learning units within the class of physical education at 7th grade will highlight the addressed specific skills and the level of their teaching – learning and evaluation. This scientific approach has led to the organization of an experimental study in the primary and middle school of Sirbeni, Teleorman County. The study was carried out during the school year 2014 – 2015, with only one experimental group of 7th grade formed of 12 students (7 boys and 5 girls). The following methods of research were used during the study: bibliographic study of the specialized literature; method of pedagogic observation; method of experimental study; statistical-mathematical and graphical representation method. Study results reveal a high level for both girls and boys at the following test events: shuttle run, abdominal and back strength, endurance running, acrobatic training, and handspring vaults training, excepting the 50 m speed runn ing with standing start. The effective use of the methodology for learning units design within the physical education class at 7th grade level highlights the specific skills that were addressed and the level of their teaching-learning and evaluation. ru_RU
