In the Republic of Moldova, in the context of the seriousness of the current economic crisis, the development of new skills and (transversal) competences in order to fully develop the economic recovery potential, it should be a priority and a challenge for all social partners: public authorities, educational and training institutes, businesses, workers, students. Since the national system of education and training systems must generate new skills to meet the characteristics of new jobs to be created, and improve skills and their articulation at the request of the labor market, in a context quickly designed and implemented by reforms. This is because the content of the skills acquired in
Moldavians universities (but also in other training systems) do not fully contribute to the development of a real economy based on innovation and their incompatibility competences) with the labor market generates only immediate costs but not future benefits.
