Аннотации:
The present research focuses on the problem of physical educational curative work on the basis of student’s activity process development at extra-curricular time. The data obtained by the author in the research were given the opportunity to determine the influence of different driving tasks (exercises) nature of force and force-speed on student body; muscle tension altering the percentage of the weight of its own student’s body depending on the initial position; the correlation between the intensity of work done in various driving tasks (maximal test) and indicators of physical work capacity (PWC); optimal volumes effort nature of force in a motor regime and weekly lessons for pupils in general. Performing of physical exercises complex of directed affect, week dosed for 12 – 15 year old students by themselves helps to individualize physical education process and to raise the level of the main physical qualities development. This physical exercises complex may be applied
successfully as practical-methodical recommendations for the teachers at schools, who teach physical education.
