Particularităţi ale comunicării eficiente în activităţile sportive

Abstract

The managerial type communication in the education domain has to subordinate to the same efficiency exigencies as any other scientific managing act. The communication at the level of sports activities is effective in the conditions of the communicational competences existence of the teacher / coach/ sports manager and which has to be assessed as an act of a particular relevance towards their style tackled in the educational/training process or the managerial one as appropriate. The development of the communication competences is important, as creates and maintains the communication and information, at the same time removing, the barriers from a way of efficient communication (inappropriate cognitions, the disequilibrium between strength and authority, distrust etc.).
