Abstract

The current research highlights the most representative ways and directions, which effectively ensure the professional training of the specialist in contemporary sports at the moment. There are described the details and essence of the approaches to this technology, so the ways to the formation of an increased degree of professional competence are pronounced. Also, it`s including the items that determine the identification of professional objectives, the clarification of professional goals, participation in training courses, workshops and seminars, internships and field experience, use of technological resources, continuous assessment of personal performance. The studied milestones can become a useful informational source for choosing the most effective scheme of activity and action during the long course of professional training.
