Abstract

Managerial skills obtained by the future specialists as a result of specialized programs’ completion, will contribuite to the integrated harness of natural and cultural resources, while improving the quality of life by developing, on one hand - sports tourism among local communities, and on the other hand - will help to meet tourists' requirements in accordance with environmental preservation for future generations. Implementation of innovations in the management and development of tourism attractions, through an action plan which includs specialist’ trening, will influence the professional skills of the manager who works at different levels, will increase the quality of management and will favor the development of institutions.
