Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the features of the professional activity of a children's sambo coach. The competencies of the teacher are considered, taking into account the age characteristics of young athletes. The skills, personal qualities, abilities and orientation of the personality of the trainer-teacher are specified. Prospects for further research are presented in order to improve the quality of the professional activity of sambo coach.
