Analysis, in general, of the main components of "Physical Education" shows that most of them are either not taken into account at all, or taken into account formally without sufficiently defining the function and focus on adequate pedagogical effects. In this context, the results of the analysis and generalization of the construction of physical education in educational institutions allowed to determine which of these components and to what extent are taken into account in the construction of the physical education process in the education system.
