The skills of a teacher of physical education and sport involve constantly confronting his students and therefore certain skills are needed. In this paper, we will address those skills necessary for teachers, in view of the process of teaching aquatic activities, namely aquagym. In the current context of modern digitization, in which students are increasingly sedentary and at the same time the school curriculum is loaded with static activities and stressful situations, we will propose the organization and implementation of the aquagym discipline after the school program, to improve the quality of life of students from a physical point of view and psyche.
