In this article are tackled issues regarding the social position of students with disabilities as a prelude for their professionalization and social integration, without which it is impossible the socioprofessional integration after graduation. In order to obtain the expected result of the social adaptation in the academic environment of young persons with disabilities are developed ways of communication training, development of social activism among students with disabilities - students without disabilities; students with disabilities - administrative staff, teachers, non-teaching staff; students with disabilities - multidisciplinary team; students with and without disabilities from various educational institutions etc.
