Table tennis is a difficult analytical sport with versatile techniques, a variety of specific solutions, which has long ago outgrown the period of mass passion. To achieve sports results by athletes, general physical, special and psychological training is now necessary. A characteristic feature of table tennis is its dynamism and complexly coordinated practice, which places special requirements for reaction speed, concentration and distribution of attention, information processing and decision-making. Therefore, consideration, accounting and implementation of sports and developing circumstances (factors) that determine proper technical and tactical preparedness in table tennis will be a key indicator of the effectiveness of the long-term preparatory process. Therefore, for the optimal preparation of female table tennis athletes for their highest qualification, it is necessary to complete the entire training process from the first to the eighth stage, which will be provided by system planning, to apply general, special and specialized training tools, allowing to effectively use the technique and tactics of the game, for the subsequent mastery of high sporting excellence at the most prestigious international competitions. Based on the analysis of the theoretical foundations of the training of high level of female tennis players, the analysis of the dynamics of quantitative and qualitative characteristics, the structural and content factors of this process, we have developed a conceptual approach to the optimal choice of training effects in the preparation of highly qualified female table tennis athletes.
