Abstract

In this article, the data analysis of the world elite of hammer throwers of two generations (1994 and 2004) was carried out. The data obtained confirm the obvious specificity of the samples of the analyzed generations of athletes. A very close degree of similarity of the analyzed characteristics for these two time periods has been established. It is therefore necessary to highlight the existing links between different parameters and characteristics, including similar trends in the time periods under analysis. The given problem can be studied in more detail by applying methodologies and research methods, adapted to the high degree of variability of the analyzed indices, characteristics and parameters.
