Organizarea protecției civile - asigurarea securității populației în situații excepționale

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the organization of civil protection in order to ensure the protection of the population of the Republic of Moldova in the event of exceptional situations of conflict or non-conflict nature. Also in this article are described the principles and measures for the organization of Civil Protection. In particular, special attention was drawn to the study of the protection of the population in case of air attack or various bombings and the shelter places. The existence of these shelters (buildings), their condition, operation, capacity, operational training in our country, as well as in the neighboring country, Romania were analyzed. The technical rules regarding the design and execution of civil protection shelters in the basement of new constructions were described. The aspects of the protection of the population using shelters for civil protection were analyzed in more detail, taking into account the military (combat) actions taking place in the neighboring country - Ukraine, which is in close proximity to the borders of the Republic of Moldova.
