Technological and scientific progress has considerably reduced the level of physical effort, as a result of which, free time has been increased and access to food has been facilitated. This, in turn, has led to obesity, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and other diseases. This article presents the results of the research conducted on the basis of the SUPES gym on a group of women aged 20-25 who practiced fitness for strength training. The purpose of the research consists in proving or disproving the research hypothesis, which proposes that strength training contributes to the muscle toning of the female body aged 20-25 years.
