Influența stilului de predare al antrenorului în procesul dezvoltării calităților fizice în sporturi de lupte

Abstract

This research aims to highlight the effectiveness of combining the teaching styles of the coach in the process of developing physical qualities in combat sports. Also, is presented the scientific argumentation of the effectiveness of the strategy of combining the direct style with the indirect teaching style in the process of developing physical qualities in sports wrestling through the pedagogical experiment. The study used research methods: bibliographic study method; the method of observation; the method of the ascertaining experiment; test method and statistical method. This scientific approach led to the organization of a fact-finding experiment on a sample of 30 subjects. The results of the study highlight the efficiency of the teaching style that conditions the relationship between coach and disciple as a phenomenon that determines the favorable psychological climate in training, motivation for effort and aspiration for performance..
