The new Curriculum calls for an adaptation of content that will help the multilateral development of pupils by training diverse skills and learning, ensuring both school and personal success. This Article seeks to identify the views of teachers on participation in training programs and the extent to which they consider the involvement of the knowledge acquired in the design, implementation and evaluation of integrated activities to be positive. The interpretations achieved highlight the interest and positive results of teachers in gaining specific integrated training skills, applying them and obtaining positive feed-back, with the aim of improving the educational and educational process and the multilateral development of primary and secondary school pupils.
