Abstract

There are demonstrated such training requirements in the structural context of vocational training in the education system in the research field, thus the scientific knowledge is in step with what is newer, more efficient and more essential. Among the methods of studying the acmeological legitimacy between the efficiency of the quality analysis of different processes and transition phenomena, factors that influence the qualitative level of research development is highlighted in the foreground, the conception “from the known traditional methods to new achievements of their improvement" containing on the one hand the synthesis of the investigations previous scientific studies, and on the other hand recommendations, proposals, procedures concrete improvement of the system of continuous training of the specialist in the modern acmeological context, from the active teacher with ,,education for all" up to creative hyperactive axiological professional scientific knowledge
