Abstract

This article presents research on the hierarchy of personal values and the relationship between them and motivation in physical education and sports teachers. In this sense, the research approach starts from the hypotheses according to which teachers will show a high level of values related to the profession, and personal value, profession and level of motivation will demonstrate a statistically significant positive correlation.
