This paper is dedicated to the study of lipase and triglyceride levels at athlete swimmers women and men in rest state and after a physical efort. The following studies have shown, that triglycerides and lipase levels at non-athletic men and athletic men swimmers in rest state are within the norm. Still, after performing the exercise on the velorgometer the average value of triglycerides and lipase has increased both at non-athletic men and athletic men swimmers. This reaserch has shown also, that swimming training causes the level of triglycerides to decrease at atheletic men swimmers, at the same time at non-athletic women and atheletic women swimmers this index remain within the limits of the norm. After exercise on the veloergometer and swimming training, the athelitic women swimmers show 12% higher lipase values compared to the resting state
