This article addresses the current issue of scheduling sports training in terms of developing the strength-speed capacity of performance rugby players. Improving the strength-speed capacity of performance rugby players is the use in the training process of a complex of specific means such as auxiliary devices. The devices used for the development of strength in speed regime, emphasize the distances traveled, high weights, jumps, etc. In the opinion of specialists in the field, it is very important in what period and for how long to develop the force-speed capacity.
