The society based on knowledge requires an education system that will contribute significantly to the development of knowledge and skills. The university graduates should get prepared for jobs, which rapidly change due to the developments dynamics in the technologies and in the work organization. In this context, the university community has to solve important problems such as increasing the involvement level of the business community in the activities and defining processes of competences and academic study programs; the adaptation of higher education of physical culture and sports offers to labor market needs by increasing communication level between university students and employers; improving the university management in order to increase the university capacity and to correlate the offer with the requirements of those interested; developing an ICT tool for managing the process of communication between university-students-graduates-employers; training of personnel involved in the activities of increasing the relevance of university educational offer for the labor market demand. The profile contemporary university aims to adapt to the social dynamics, to rapid change of high qualified labor market context and also the social and individual expectations of university education beneficiaries.
