The paper pays attention to the aspect related to the deep awareness and qualitative achievement of many educational objectives, but especially those related to the formation and evaluation of students 'attitudes regarding the observance of the motor regime, to the stimulation of students' learning motivation through continuous skills training, both motor and affective, which aims at the process of formation, education of manifestation and mastery of feelings of joy, sadness, respect, appreciation, etc. Teachers are required to know the taxonomy of emotional goals, which includes the acquisition of values, attitudes, interests that play a major role in shaping the motivation to practice exercise.
