In the current socio-economic situations, characterized by the emergence of social inequalities, mistrust, insufficient involvement of the family in school life and in the physical education of children, as well as educational policies that sometimes discourage parental involvement, cooperation between school and families must be considered. a priority at national level. The educational potential of a family is its ability to fulfill the function of education, development and socialization of a child, including characteristics that reflect different conditions and factors of family life, which determine the educational premises and can, to a greater extent small or large, to ensure the successful development of the child. Such characteristics are taken into account as the socio-professional environment of the family, the cultural and moral environment in which the children are raised, family structure, financial status, place of residence, psychological climate, traditions, customs, level of culture and parental education. Since the student is formed in two different environments - family and school - cooperation between these factors must be based on mutual knowledge. Thus it is necessary for the school to have sociological information on the family group.
