Аннотации:
This article presents the methodological aspect of the application of fitness means in the physical education lesson to high school students. Based on the concept of the national curriculum of the discipline, the contents of the fitness module were studied, long and short-term projects were elaborated and the methodology of applying fitness means in the physical education lesson was proposed. The methodology proposed in the teaching-learning-evaluation process of the fitness module, which aims at forming specific competencies / competence units in 12th grade students, has clearly demonstrated its efficiency in terms of the results of the pedagogical experiment.
