dc.description.abstract	In the education process of training in art of personal self defense is necessary both algorithmic and heuristic approach, this being made on many levels - preparatory steps. In the beginning when touch first contact with technique is algorithmic goes, then deepens heuristic, and finally reaching perfection by repetition algorithm.
