Abstract

The purpose of research is to identify the relationship between axiological orientations and student’s professional decision. Research objectives: Analysis of theoretical approaches with reference to axiological orientations, professional values, professional decision; Identify features of axiological orientation of students; Determining the student’s professional decision manifestation; Determining the relationship between axiological orientations and student’s professional decision. The theoretical value of the research is to address the complex problem of values in general and professional values. In particular, to determine relationship betweenaxiological guidelines and student’s professional decision. Research results can serve as a basis in developing career guidance program for adolescents and for developing alternative methodologies professional orientation for adolescents.
