This article analyzes the process of planning the general and specific physical training means of 16-19 year old walkers during an annual training cycle.
Methods of research:analysis and synthesis of specialized scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical control research; pedagogical experiment (case study); statistical and mathematical methods of data processing; graphical and tabular method.
Results of researchIt has been found that the separate distribution on blocks of general and specific physical training is a more effective one, compared to their uniform distribution during an annual training cycle for 16-19 year old walkers at the stage of initial sports specialization. The results obtained by the athletes of the experimental team by applying this distribution methodology of the training means, which is often considered inappropriate for the beginner athletes, invalidate this. However, we note that the application of this form of efforts distribution at this age must be very careful not to force the training process.
Conclusion. It has been found that the training methodology applied by us during an annual training cycle of 16-14 year old walkers is effective. Even if no remarkable results were obtained in all applied tests, the goalhas beenachieved. At this stage of training, it does not count the task of progressing significantly on the basic distances of events but tobuild a good basis of physical and functional training in order to be achieved later at the stages of in-depth training and superior sporting skill. Therefore, it is a gradual progress, without the need for training, a problem, which is very stringent not only in athletic trials, but also in other sports.
