dc.description.abstract Among the development of all physical qualities, the most acute problem is the development of human strength capabilities. This is due to the fact that power qualities provide a versatile physical development of a person. Of course, the development of general endurance effectively ensures the state of human health, but strength training better forms motivation and interest in being healthy, attractive and harmoniously physically developed. This article describes some of the methodological features of the training of military personnel of the National Army. The forms of strength training are indicated (examples are given), classified by muscle groups. The numerical results of the study are also presented, the reliability of which indicates the effectiveness of the corresponding developments. Conclusions and recommendations become useful for the practice of training military personnel of all categories. ru_RU
