dc.description.abstract | For 14-15 year old students in the graduation stage of the gymnasium cycle, physical education lessons are very important and necessary because they help them to improve their motor, functional, volitional and behavioral qualities, useful for continuing the educational or professional path and effective integration into society. The physical education school must form a system of value orientations of the personality towards a healthy way of life, which will ensure the motivational, functional and motor training. In order to establish the influence of physical exercises, but also of certain methods of physical training on students, it is necessary to know their age peculiarities. The experimental physical education lessons from the ninth grade, organized by combining the method of play and competition, ensure a positive annual dynamics of the level of physical development indices of adolescents aged 14-15, both in relation to the initial test and compared to the group witness, which denotes their effectiveness for this contingent of students. | ru_RU |
