Аннотации:
This paper aims to argue the motivational dimension of fitness by adults. Following the study of the scientific literature, the analysis of the behavior of subjects in fitness training and based on their professional experience, the authors identified and exemplified three categories of reasons: reasons related to physical condition, reasons related to psycho-emotional and cognitive, reasons related to socio-professional sphere. The determination of motivational factors by fitness instructors will inevitably facilitate the maintenance and stimulation of the interest of adults in the practice of fitness and, implicitly, their attraction in this kind of motor activity.
