Abstract

The issue of human resources is of particular interest for managers in all fields, including that of physical culture and sports. The knowledge, skills, attitudes, motivation, individual characteristics of employees are the ones that provide sports organizations with the foundation for achieving efficiency. Currently, the field of vocational training of physical culture and sports is oriented towards the formation of innovative, efficient staff, characterized by a critical and constructive thinking. In the present research, carried out within the State University of Physical Education and Sport, we aimed to identify the main aspects of the process of continuing vocational training of the specialists in the field of physical culture and sports and to determine its importance in optimizing activity and increasing professional results.
