ASPECTE TEORETICE PRIVIND TEHNOLOGIILE PEDAGOGICE APLICATE ÎN SISTEMUL DE PREGĂTIRE PROFESIONALĂ A ANTRENORILOR DE FITNESS

Abstract

In this research is examining the problem of pedagogical technology, where says that a particular pedagogic system project performs in practice. They are also examined the basic difficulties of fitness coaches beginners and fitness coaches with a wide experience in the field. It is shown that the pedagogical technology develops, in this aspect, classical didactics, any process that can be represented as three interconnected and inter-related components: motivational, gnostics (the student) and managerial (the fitness coach). It shows the generalized model of pedagogical technology staging.
