Utilizarea cadrelor didactice a elementelor din proba de orientare sportivă în cadrul lecţiilor de educaţie fizică

Abstract

With the inclusion of tourism as an optional module in the physical education lesson, there is a need to study certain aspects of their development. A rather specific compartment of this mode is related to the orientation in space, namely the learning of students to orient themselves after objects in the field, celestial bodies and special tools (compasses and topographic maps). In this sense, teachers must know a series of elements, which describe the orientation in space according to these objects, but also be able to instill in students a series of principles for more efficient assimilation of orientation elements.
