dc.description.abstract	In this work is presented the improvement of professional training of coaches for various sports by means of aerobics. Professional and pedagogical activity of sports trainers has a number of abilities: practical, methodological, coordinating, physical, communicative defined in verbal and non-verbal groups. In the process of this study, a model was developed to improve the professional training of trainers of various sports, which provides for the development and improvement of the above listed pedagogical abilities combined in 5 blocks. And also has been used in practice, the model for the development and improvement of professional pedagogical abilities.	ru_RU
