Abstract

The degree of graduates’ employment is an important external evaluation criterion and a performance indicator of the university. It is basically a criterion as significant as the international or local accreditation of the institution. Unfortunately, higher education in our country does not have the traditions and practice of developing relations between graduate and university after his leaving the academic world, a great developed tradition in other states of the world.
