In now-days society, scientists in the field of sports psychology have an essential role not only in outlining specific methodologies and concepts, bus also in bringing back Juvenal’s famous quote: Mens sana in corpore sano to public attention. Considered as a way of life, Physical Education improves the health condition of a nation, actually being an education by the means of exercise.
