The creation of favorable conditions at enhancing the students involvement and acquisitions in skills training approach is essential in learning guiding with particular impact in their development. The competences open a major field of interrogations for didactic: redefining the status of studies disciplines; awareness and control from the students of their learning path, their perception of the understood learning as a very complex practice of its own becoming. The principal didactic elements should include learning situation, transversality, transfer, learning motivation and metacognition.
In the economy of learning, are necessary automatisms, routines, "intellectual rituals" because any heuristic approach, creator cannot advance without its opposite, the algorithm. We cannot talk about the developing skills unless, instead of returning the knowledge, the teacher asks the students the readjustment of a problem in an original and effective way.
