Combaterea discursului de ură în Republica Moldova

Abstract

By means of messages consistently and continuously is promoted hate speech, which incites the spirits and worsens the climate of understand and interethnic harmony (Law no 64 from 23.04.2010 regarding the freedom of expression). In broadcasted reports the image of the enemy, aggression, killer, warrior, responsible for disasters and killing the peaceful people is formed and the violence and military actions are presented as being peaceful. The manipulation of public opinion is done not only in news bulletins, but also in different programmes.
