Considerații generale privind bazele funcționării legale a federațiilor sportive în Republica Moldova

Abstract

Non-profit organizations carry out their activities according to the legal framework of the Republic of Moldova. Their most important problem is the lack of financing and the minimal support from the state and the civil society. That’s because Moldovan legislation doesn’t provide an effective mechanism for direct financing and financial involvement. In this context, it’s necessary to take the example of some states from the EU, for example the laws of 1% -2% when each taxpayer will have the option to support financially the nonprofit organizations.
